Bookings can be canceled with a full refund or rescheduled until 18 calendar days prior to the date of your booking. After this, prepayment is non-refundable. Please note that we will not cover other travel expenses linked to your experience.

The booking fee of 3 % is non-refundable at all times.

If the weather conditions do not permit safe travel to the restaurant on the day of your booking, we will refund or rebook your experience free of charge. Please note that we will not cover other travel expenses linked to your experience.
